EX) Q1. I've put items in cart. Later, I tried to order but I couldn't because they say it's sold out. Why is it for?

A. Popular products can be sold out in a short time.
If you purchased another product, please cancel it, and if it is not urgent, please contact the seller.

EX) Q2. What am I supposed to do if item doesn't arrive?

A. Please call or email the seller. I'll take care of it right away.
