Buying as a gift for relative. Choose this model as it state 8/10 firmness as compared to e others but seller delivered e wrong type and the reason they gave was b'cos of promotion,they upgraded it. How can they simply do it without asking customer. I have requested for an exchanged with e one I hv ordered before due to e firmness of 8/10 & till now (27.1.2023) still no reply

Ordered on 13/11 and received on 1/12. Though it took more than 2 weeks to deliver but it worth the wait as the product is good and comfortable.
