Despite the fact that the washing machine is fine, the staff who handles the WhatsApp account is the worst. I took leave just for the washing machine to be delivered. I was promised 11-4 pm. I waited till 7 pm and no news. I had other appointments at night and I had to leave the house before It even got delivered cus it was taking too long. I’d totally understand if the staff took initiative to update me but staff didnt even apologise instead just gave template replies when I asked to help me check with driver. please work on your customer service! Called many times and got rejected when staff could simply help me check with driver. Took leave for nothing cus ended up it was only delivered the next day
