once i ordered the item, i have whatsapp to them and confirmed there is stock, once went to store for collection, sales staff said no stock, even don’t know when will get stock again. end up i ask her cancel the redeemed store pick up ticket, and bought the phone from another shop.once i go home i clicked return and refund on qoo10, and then asked seller to accept it, but they refused and forced me to collect the item.its not my fault even they accepted their colleague wrongly said no stock.end up in my hand got two phones.
